We are not your typical fertility center.
Our new patients begin with a comprehensive exam and bloodwork with an MD and a holistic intake with an ND. We spend close to two hours with you and your partner on your first visit so that we can fully understand you, your situation, and your goals.
We believe fertility care should be individualized, compassionate, and empowering—emphasizing the gentlest and most effective therapies possible.

The Bliss Fertility Method is guided by an MD/ND team to bring you a truly integrated and collaborative approach.
✔️ Dr. Tum is a licensed OB-GYN with privileges at several area hospitals and the ability to run the same assessments you would get at a typical fertility clinic.
✔️ Maya Guruswami is an ND who consults with couples about natural therapies, including, botanical medicine, dietary supplements, and homeopathy. (Note: NDs are not licensed to practice medicine in Florida since 1959. Working with Maya is on a consultation basis only. All treatment plans are overseen by Dr. Tum)
✔️ Our licensed therapist teaches fertility mind-body classes to help couples manage the unique stressors of infertility and find community with others who understand their struggle.

During the Comprehensive Initial Assessment (aka the Discovery Process) we will do all the standard testing that a conventional fertility clinic does and further functional medicine testing depending on your condition and needs. These include thyroid testing, nutritional testing, genetic testing, hormone testing, and more. If indicated we can do a sonogram or endometrial biopsy. We refer out for semen analysis.

The first appointment needs to be done in person. All other visits can be done in person or virtually.

Yes, the initial intake and the Bliss Fertility Method is for both partners. If you don’t have a partner, we will be your partner!

Dr. Tum has been an OB/GYN for over 40 years in West Palm Beach. He is a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and is known for his kind bedside manner and thoughtful patient care.
Maya Guruswami, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor with a 4 year naturopathic medical degree that includes primary care, nutrition, botanical medicine, dietary supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. Please note NDs can not practice medicine in Florida since 1959. When working with Maya it is on a consultation basis. Dr. Tum will be overseeing all diagnostics and treatment protocols.

Unlike IVF clinics, our goal is to find the underlying cause of your infertility and create an individualized program using natural therapies to heal your body and mind. Another unique aspect of our care is our group programs and community events that bring you together with others that can relate to your journey.

The Bliss Fertility Method is meant for couples who are committed to getting pregnant naturally. If you don’t have a partner and have not had success with IUI/IVF and would like to get to the bottom of your fertility issues before trying again, you may be a good fit. If you are already signed up for IUI/IVF, we recommend seeing a fertility acupuncturist to support you through the process.

The Discovery Process includes the Comprehensive Initial Assessment (1h45 min.) and your Individualized Plan Review (30 min.) scheduled on a separate day. The investment for the Discovery Process is $795 (labs are additional and can be run through insurance). The Bliss Fertility Method is a 6 month program and the investment is $4900.
If the Bliss Fertility Method is not a good fit, we can tailor it to your needs and budget.

Unfortunately, our work is not covered by insurance. Insurance reimbursement does not cover the amount of time we need, in order to give you effective care and the best results. We will do our best to get your lab tests covered by insurance.
